About the role

Lambda is hiring a Communications Manager to build out the executive communications strategy for our leadership team. You will work with each of our executives to shape their individual voice and public profile, and build the systems that make the work repeatable as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the external agenda for each member of the leadership team and run the program behind it.

  • Write talking points, keynotes, long-form pieces, social posts, and more.

  • Pitch and place executive interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities.

  • Build relationships with the reporters and analysts who cover AI infrastructure.

  • Build the systems behind the program: message frameworks, talk tracks, etc.

  • Manage our agency relationships.

You

  • Have 7+ years of experience in communications, including in-house experience at a hypergrowth start-up.

  • Have built out and managed executive communications playbooks for multiple leaders across an organization.

  • Have strong media relationships and a track record you can point to.

  • Know the AI space, particularly AI infrastructure.

  • Are a strong writer and have experience ghostwriting for executives across multiple functions.

  • Work well with technical and non-technical teams.

Salary Range Information

The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
