Brenntag Israel looks for an hands-on External Account Manager for Nutrition Department who will be responsible for developing and delivering value-added sales activities to our company’s daily practice. The position is based in Tel Aviv.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED BUSINESS ACUMEN

- Realizing sales targets & sales volume and profit for existing and new products in Food & Nutrition market; on ingredients, beverages, flavors, enzymes, and all other speciality chemicals.

- Increasing the value of existing customers while attracting new ones in regards of changing expectations, market facts and company policies and targets while planning and overseeing new sales opportunities.

- Overseeing day-to-day sales activities and reporting to line manager.

- Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customer’s related-financial status, objectives and needs.

- Keeping required records of sales and after-sales data and maintaining trustworthy feedback.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors Degree in Food / Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably from reputable universities.

- Min 3-5 years of trackable experience in sales, account management, planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Fluency in English and excellent numeric and financial-reinterpretation skill set.

- Valid driving license.

- Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in customer management with excellent communication and process management skills.

- Demonstratable ability to deliver results during uncertainty, despite changes and ambiguity.

- Proactively helping understand towards the others and responding to their business needs to build strong working relationships.

- Pro-active self-starter, willing to accept responsibility for business tasks.
