About the company

Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the technical point person alongside external partners, converting loosely defined requests into working software features. Divide time between partner sites and hands-on engineering, taking each feature from early concept through to launch readiness.

What you'll do

- Carry partner ideas from the first conversation to a shipped feature, covering prompt design, evaluation, mobile code and launch documentation.

- Act as the senior technical contact at partner locations, spending meaningful time on site.

- Own complete product experiences for AI-powered capabilities that run on devices.

- Work with research colleagues to turn model improvements into results partners can see.

- Build polished demos with the partnerships team to help win and expand deals.

- Relay partner feedback to the product engineering team so it informs the roadmap.

- Ramp quickly: ship a first capability within 30 days, have a feature running in pre-production by 60 days, and be part of a partner launch by 90 days.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 3 to 7 years of experience as a product engineer delivering LLM-powered features to real users against real deadlines.

- Ability to turn ambiguous partner requests into clear decisions on prompts, models and user experience.

- Comfort working across prompts, evaluations and mobile code, with willingness to learn on-device inference and mobile constraints.

- Genuine client-facing skills, which are a firm requirement of the role.

- High agency and a strong sense of urgency, with ownership of outcomes end to end.

- A track record of launching and growing user-facing products at an early-stage startup.

- Ability to work on site and travel internationally to partners when needed.

Bonus points

- Background in solutions, field or customer-embedded engineering with large technology partners.

- Experience with on-device, mobile or edge development.

- Experience at a consumer AI company.
