About the company

Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Partner directly with customer stakeholders to shape loosely defined ideas into production-grade software solutions, then build, release and maintain them. You own the cycle from discovery through delivery and continued refinement, serving as the bridge between end users and the core engineering platform.

What you'll do

- Meet with end users, technical staff and internal champions to understand their workflows and pain points.

- Scope vague ideas and turn them into concrete, production-ready automated solutions.

- Build and deploy solutions end-to-end, including evaluations that confirm they behave as intended.

- Keep deployed solutions delivering value by iterating on them based on guidelines and operational feedback.

- Own the full loop from a reported issue to a platform fix, quickly.

- Early-career profile (1 to 2 years): experience at a high-growth startup, at a leading forward deployed engineering organization, or from a top computer science program.

- Experienced profile (3 to 6 years): software, founding or forward deployed engineering experience at a high-growth startup, or at big tech combined with a degree from a top university.

- Ability to work in the office 4 days a week.
