Our client is an artificial intelligence company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work hands-on with client teams to understand their processes, define what a solution should do, and build and launch it. The position combines discovery, practical engineering and helping end users adopt the result, with accountability for outcomes once it is live.

What you'll do

- Spend time inside client departments to learn how daily operations really function, including edge cases and unofficial shortcuts.

- Convert loosely defined business challenges into structured automated workflows with clear targets, safety controls and test criteria.

- Create working prototypes and production-ready software, then help users adopt it through instruction and direct support.

- Run discovery sessions, collect requirements and produce proofs of concept that can move into production.

- Share analysis and outcomes with senior leaders.

- Agree measurable targets with client leadership and monitor improvement once the solution is live.

- Proficiency in Python or SQL and experience integrating with web APIs.

- A proven history of delivering software that users depend on in live settings.

- A practical grasp of how large language models behave.

- Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools and hands-on experience building with LLMs, covering prompt design, autonomous software components and evaluation.

- Experience tackling difficult, unclear problems for leadership audiences and seeing them through to results.

- Self-driven, accountable, pragmatic and quick-moving, with willingness to work long hours and weekends.

- Background markers such as a prestigious academic institution or employer, or standout achievements in a field like research, athletics or competitions.
