The Role

We are looking for high-ownership generalists to join the Founder's Office for BJAK's finance super app expansion. This role is for builders who can take on ambiguous business problems, move fast across functions and help launch new financial products, markets, licences and partnerships.

  • Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners and business models.

  • Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines and next actions.

  • Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations and country teams.

  • Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents and execution rhythms.

  • Own urgent business problems until they are solved.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing and sharp business judgement.

  • Able to learn new industries, regulations and markets quickly.

  • Comfortable working on licensing, partnerships, operations, market research and execution.

  • Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.

  • Fast, resourceful and calm under pressure.

  • Strong English communication and structured thinking.

  • Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.

The Kind of Builder We Want
  • Finds a way without waiting for a full playbook.

  • Can work with senior leaders and still do hands-on execution.

  • Writes clearly, thinks practically and follows up relentlessly. Handles ambiguity without creating drama.

  • Cares about real outcomes, not looking important.

This Role Is Not For
  • People who only want strategy decks.

  • Candidates who need fixed job scope and predictable tasks.

  • People who avoid follow-up, admin details or operational work.

  • Those who cannot write clearly or move fast.

  • People who want title/status more than responsibility.

Location

This role is based in the United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our United Kingdom office at least 3 days per week.

Language
  • English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.

Interview Process:
