Design Superpilot apps and AI agents, develop high-fidelity prototypes (and ship them in code), support go-to-market with UI/UX and marketing assets, and work directly with customers and leadership to build enterprise commerce marketing features.
The summary above was generated by AI

Superpilot is AI agent for marketers. We help some of the biggest brands in the world accelerate their commerce marketing workflows, get discovered by AI Apps like ChatGPT & Gemini, and deliver superior shopper experiences.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding Designer to help build our core AI product from the ground up. You'll work directly with leadership to deliver features that enterprise commerce brands rely on daily. This is a high-ownership role where your design decisions will immediately impact product execution and support go-to-market activities.

Required experience: 4-5+ years, though we care more about what you've shipped than years. You've worked in startup environments where the product was evolving quickly. Some of what you design will get rebuilt. Some won't. You can hold quality and change direction while moving fast.

Why Superpilot?

Marketing is in the middle of an actual platform shift. Agentic AI products are going to augment a generation of marketing tools, and the design patterns for those products are still being created. This is a small window to do the foundational design work for one of the products that defines the category.

What You'll Do
  • Design Superpilot apps and AI agents

  • Support GTM with various design assets (UI/UX for website, social, sales decks et al)

  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand their problems and build solutions

What We're Looking For

Design Judgement - You turn product requirements with a level of ambiguity into highly functional products crafted with taste

Prototyping (and shipping!) in Code - You are comfortable developing high fidelity product prototypes - and ideally, even shipping them using latest AI coding tools

Startup pace - You've shipped in environments where speed matters.

Why Join Now
  • Early equity in a company positioned at a major inflection point in how marketers work every day

  • Direct impact on product direction and technical architecture

  • Hard problems at the intersection of AI, marketing and commerce

  • Small team where your work ships to real customers immediately

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
