Location: San Francisco, CA — in-person
Hours: Full-time
Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years. We're starting with the first digital health platform for eating disorders, powered by an agentic care model that empowers clinicians to deliver continuous, high-quality care. We've already served tens of thousands of members and raised over $10M from the top VC firms in Silicon Valley.
Why we need youThis is one of the most important roles at the company right now. Nabi's growth depends on a strong provider referral network — the relationships we build with referring physicians, therapists, dietitians, and treatment centers are the primary engine that brings patients to us. We need someone to own that engine end-to-end: building relationships, managing accounts, and scaling the channel in a way that compounds over time. You'll work directly with the CEO to design and execute our provider go-to-market strategy. You'll be analytical, scrappy, and deeply motivated to grow something from the ground up.
What You'll DoOwn provider partnerships: prospect, build, and maintain relationships with referring providers (PCPs, therapists, treatment centers, dietitians)
Drive the GTM motion: define our outreach strategy, referral playbook, and channel prioritization
Manage accounts: ensure existing referral partners are engaged, educated, and sending patients consistently
Track and model growth: maintain a clear view of the referral funnel, model projections, and surface insights to improve performance
Represent Nabi in the field: attend conferences, meet providers in person, and build Nabi's presence in key markets
Work cross-functionally with clinical and operations to ensure a seamless experience from referral to patient enrollment
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco — this is an in-person role
Proven GTM instincts — you have built or grown a channel, referral network, or partnership program before
Data-driven — you don't just build relationships, you measure them; you know your funnel numbers cold
Scrappy and high-ownership — you move fast, figure things out, and don't wait to be told what to do
Strong communicator — you can build trust with a physician in the same meeting you're presenting a business case to leadership
Mission-aligned — you care deeply about improving mental health outcomes and want to build something that matters
Experience with financial or growth modeling (Excel, SQL, or equivalent)
Something impressive in growth — a channel you scaled, a number you moved, a playbook you wrote from scratch
Existing network in eating disorders, behavioral health, or primary care
Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or a highly regulated industry
Compensation: $125K–$175K + performance bonuses
Equity: meaningful equity as part of the founding team
Benefits: Competitive healthcare, vision, and dental, and free lunch + dinners in the office
