About Us

MintMCP is an AI infrastructure company. Mint is used by some of the most AI forward and successful companies to gain visibility into how they're using MCP and Agents, enforce guardrails and permissions, and deploy AI company wide. Our MCP Gateway and Agentic platform is part of mission critical AI enablement and infrastructure.

We try to work in-person, and have an expectation that all employees work in the office 3x a week. We have a horizontal structure, and work in ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market.

We are AI native - all employees are using Claude every day. We have more agents than employees. Our agents run workflows, execute sales and engineering processes and provide ad-hoc assistance. You will have the opportunity to work with the most cutting edge agentic technology at MintMCP.

We are funded by Coatue Ventures, Andrej Karpathy, Jeff Dean, and Scott Belsky. Our founders are experts in Machine Learning from Stanford, Berkeley, CMU, applied research at Google Brain, Waymo, and co-founded Coursera.

The Job

You will own customers end to end. We are fast growing and work with AI and Security leaders - you will not have a defined account list. You will need to handle a high inbound volume, prospect, run discovery and POCs, negotiate, close, onboard, and manage the account post-sale. You will help define the playbook, build the GTM org, and shape pricing and packaging.

We expect you to be AI focused, you will need to either have experience in or can demonstrate the willingness to embrace AI to make you more productive.

We work as a team; you will be working closely with everyone on the GTM team, reporting into the CEO. The role is hybrid; you will need to come to the office to collaborate together 3 times a week.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of full sales cycle experience exceeding targets in a top-down sales motion.

  • You have experience selling technical infrastructure or cybersecurity products to security, engineering, IT, and AI leaders in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.

  • You are “AI Native”, or can demonstrate willingness to become so and can speak credibly on current AI infrastructure, MCPs, APIs, and LLMs.

  • You use AI in your day to day workflows. Bonus points if you understand MCPs and are doing sales activities in the terminal.

  • You can work in a horizontal org, and thrive in ambiguity and scrappy environments. This role is not for a traditional sales rep who needs a defined account list and territory.

Nice to have:

  • Field marketing experience, being open to traveling to represent the company at conferences, and meet CISOs and AI Leaders personally.

  • Previous GTM founding or early selling experience.

  • Expertise in social selling or building a personal brand on LinkedIn

  • Ability to identify and capture intent signals to build prospecting lists

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation and an attractive equity package

  • Limitless opportunities to learn, build and deploy the most cutting edge AI agents to do work

  • Opportunity to work deals with some of the world's largest companies

  • Meaningful retirement and health benefits

  • Direct access to leadership and product direction on mission critical AI infrastructure
