TL;DR

We're hiring the first sales leader to anchor Lovable's enterprise presence in San Francisco. You'll own the West Coast motion from the ground up — building a team to drive pipeline with the most important technology companies in the world, closing complex deals, and making Lovable the platform that AI-forward enterprises choose first. The SF seat is the most competitive enterprise sales market on earth. We want someone who sees that as an advantage.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started.

We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with 4+ years leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-adjacent technology

  • Track record closing six- and seven-figure deals with technical and business buyers at companies like hyperscalers, AI-native enterprises, and fast-scaling tech firms

  • Leading teams to consistent quota attainment (>100%) in competitive, complex sales environments

  • Deep familiarity with the SF/Bay Area enterprise ecosystem — you know the community, not just the companies

  • Genuinely AI-native: you use AI tools to run your workflow, not as a talking point

  • Comfort operating with autonomy in ambiguous, high-velocity environments where the playbook is yours to write

  • Preferred: Experience selling to AI/ML, infrastructure, or platform buyers — the kind of companies who will build the next wave of software on top of Lovable

What You'll Do
  • Own Lovable's San Francisco enterprise business: pipeline creation, deal execution, and account expansion

  • Build a team to close and grow strategic accounts across enterprise technology, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and next-generation SaaS — Lovable's highest-concentration market

  • Build the SF hub from the ground up: events, executive relationships, co-selling with hyperscaler partners (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), and community presence

  • Hire and develop the first AEs in market as the team grows; be the model for delivering a Lovable experience to our customers

  • Collaborate with the Head of Global Sales, marketing, and product leadership to ensure the SF market's feedback shapes Lovable's enterprise roadmap

  • Represent Lovable at the highest levels of the AI and enterprise tech community in the Bay Area and across the US

Projects you'll tackle first:

  • Build the SF-based founding sales team

  • Build the SF enterprise target account list — prioritized by TAM, strategic value, and speed to close

  • Establish Lovable's presence at 2–3 marquee SF enterprise events in your first quarter

  • Activate and expand partner co-sell relationships with Google Cloud and hyperscaler GTM teams

About Your Application

Please submit your application in English. It's our company language, so you'll be speaking lots of it if you join.

We treat all candidates equally — if you're interested, please apply through our careers portal.
