Our client is an AI software startup serving performance marketing teams. Its early sales organization is building a repeatable pipeline-generation process.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own the top of the funnel as a Founding SDR. You will focus on outbound prospecting, qualify inbound interest, support local events, and document the process for future sales hires.
What you'll do
- Source and qualify prospects through outbound activity, representing about 70% of the role.
- Work toward booking 40 to 50 meetings per week across the sales team.
- Qualify inbound leads from paid media and business campaigns, representing about 20% of the role.
- Support field marketing events, representing about 10% of the role.
- Use AI tools for research, enrichment, and outreach.
- Document the prospecting and qualification playbook.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 1 to 2 years of SDR or BDR outbound experience.
- Performance marketing or media sales exposure.
- Understanding of managed-media pricing, ROAS, CAC, and CPA.
- Ability to generate pipeline proactively and qualify prospects.
- Comfort with a high-output, hands-on sales role.

- Founding go-to-market experience.
- Existing agency or advertiser relationships.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 78,000 to 78,000 per year.
- Equity: Competitive equity.
- Uncapped commission, with an approximately 70/30 base-to-variable split.
Location and work model
- San Francisco, California, United States.
- Five days per week onsite.
- Local field marketing event participation is part of the role.
- New visa sponsorship is not available. H-1B transfers may be considered case by case.
