About Nclusion
About the Role
What You’ll Do
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals lack the capability to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
As a Frontend Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the experience of our bank operators, controllers and accountants, who work together to power our distributed financial network. You’ll apply your development expertise and contribute to our efforts to digitize the movement of cash throughout our banking network, in a manner that is secure and robust, to pave the way for more financial services to operate in underserved markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at product thinking, information architecture, and usability. You'll work cross-functionally to architect efficient and robust user flows that are flexible enough to meet regional needs, are simple to use, and can work in low-bandwidth conditions.
- Implement client-side tooling that digitizes financial workflows for our associates.
- Develop thoughtful design systems that make financial history easy to understand and transparent
- Deploy a growing suite of financial products into underserved markets
- Collaborate with product managers, operations, and fellow engineers to translate business processes into digital workflows.
- Champion engineering best practices across the team, including testing, code reviews, observability, and documentation.
- Drive reliability, performance, and agility improvements across our platform.
- Front end development experience in React, Kotlin, or Swift, and proficiency in typescript —plus strong understanding of REST APIs and state management.
- Product mindset with a focus on solving real-world problems while designing for composition, reuse, and configurability.
- Domain modeling skills—you know how to shape complex business requirements into clean, maintainable systems.
- Excellent communication, especially in writing and visuals—you can explain technical and product concepts clearly across cultural and language boundaries.
- Comfort with ambiguity—you’re at ease navigating loosely defined problems and environments.
- Internationalization expertise—building for multilingual or multi-market platforms.
- Experience in regulated domains—such as financial services, healthcare (HIPAA), or privacy (GDPR, SOC2, KYC).
- Domain knowledge in finance-adjacent areas—like accounting, HR systems, inventory management, or logistics.
