About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own hiring from first conversation through accepted offer across a mix of open positions, from steady-volume roles to hard-to-fill specialist searches. Find and engage candidates who are not actively looking, persuade them to join, and help establish the recruiting operations needed to support growth. Partner closely with talent leadership and the founders.

What you'll do

- Manage several searches at once, covering both ongoing-volume positions and specialist, hard-to-fill ones.

- Concentrate early on go-to-market hiring, including founding sales roles.

- Research talent markets, identify passive candidates and craft personalized, creative outreach to fill pipelines.

- Present the opportunity compellingly to top candidates, build momentum and close them against competing offers.

- Begin with recruiting operations and administrative process work, then take on independent searches as responsibilities expand.

- Contribute to building the company's hiring framework, including how candidates are evaluated, how they are treated along the way and the tools that support the team as it grows.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Hands-on recruiting experience managing the whole hiring process at a fast-growing company known for a demanding hiring standard.

- A track record of proactively finding candidates and creating talent pools where none existed, including mapping markets and running specialist searches.

- Comfort staying organized when priorities are unclear or shifting quickly.

- Ability to work on-site five days a week in San Francisco, CA, or willingness to relocate.

Bonus points

- Experience recruiting for early go-to-market roles.

- Recruiting experience at an early-stage startup.
