Job Purpose:

Provide and update Test process flows and process instructions. Report and monitor daily yields of critical test operations if any downward trend is noted, appropriate actions must be taken. Deploy new test station from customers’ sites and perform testers’ qualification before release to production use. Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts.
  2. Supervised subordinated to perform their function/task.
  3. Receive assignments and guidance from project leaders and engineering managers.
  4. Install approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions. Ability to read and understand simple test scripts.
  5. Know your customers’ expectations and drives actions to meet them.
  6. Performs related work as required.
  7. Maintain the test equipment up to date for PM and Calibration.
  8. Develop test procedures, method and tools for test, verification and certification of the company’s product.
  9. Validate testing activities and results of manufacturing equipment.
  10. Participate in design verification of new test equipment.
  11. Participate in preparing product compliance documentation.
  12. Develop procedures and tools for testing, calibration and verification of the equipment, cooperating with the test developer.
  13. Ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated and certified according to the corresponding procedures.
  14. Participate in Root Cause Analysis when repetitive failures occur or failure under warranty.
  15. Ensure accurate document, record and archive measurement data pertaining to product parameters and process control performance.
  16. Assist and train technician/operator, when required, in troubleshooting and repairing failed products or returned products from customers.

Focus on:

  • Debug and troubleshooting system to PCBA component levels.
  • Review, analyze 3-stirke cases, and communicate with customers to provide solutions.
  • Communicate with other functional departments to investigation on RMA cases and write a FA report based on customer requirement.
  • Schedule and follow up on outstanding RMA cases to completion.
  • Install/Setup new ICT test fixture and program or test stations with/without customer/vendor support. Perform testers’ qualification (IOPQ) and write qualification (IOPQ) report.

Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience on Keysight ICT test (Agilent Legacy)
  • Familiar on SMT, X-Ray, Structural Tests
  • PCBA Knowledge and experience on network/optical network (prefer)
  • 1-5 years CM experience on test processes
  • EE/CE BS degree with 5+ year experiences in Contract Manufacturing in NPI and production phase
  • Computer program/scripting skills.
  • Good in communication, reading, and writing technical report in English.
