What You’ll Do

  • Organizational Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, technical excellence, and rapid experimental iteration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ advanced analytical rigor to decode user behavior, mitigate friction points, and lead large-scale experimentation to optimize our funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design leadership to ensure a unified user experience across the entire product ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications
  • Product Leadership: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a documented history of shipping scaled consumer technology products.
  • Analytical Fluency: Expert-level ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable product narratives and strategic pivots.
  • People Management: Proven experience in managing and developing senior PM talent and leading through influence in a matrixed global organization.
  • Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent technical experience.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Obsession: A track record of distilling complex operational constraints into elegant, frictionless, and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and the use of levers to balance supply-side and demand-side health.
  • Operational Excellence: A "Driver" mindset characterized by a bias for action and the ability to execute on both high-level strategy and granular product details.

Strategic Disambiguation: The ability to translate broad executive concepts into structured, executable roadmaps that align cross-functional stakeholders.
