Build and ship full-stack product changes, experiments, conversion paths, lifecycle automations, dashboards, and programmatic SEO infrastructure. Own growth initiatives end to end by diagnosing metric changes, selecting and implementing improvements, defining success measures, running tests, and analyzing funnel, retention, and cohort data. About the company

Our client is a technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Hands-on engineering role building and shipping product changes and tests that improve key business metrics. The person owns each effort end to end, from diagnosing the problem through implementation and measurement. It is an engineering position, not a marketing or advertising one.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of engineering work tied to key business numbers, and maintain a growth model spanning the whole customer journey.

- Work through the complete improvement cycle: investigate why a metric is moving, choose a fix across product, pricing or user experience, implement it, test it, measure and repeat.

- Agree on how success will be measured before any change goes live.

- Build in-product conversion paths and activation experiments.

- Produce dashboards and reporting on funnel and retention performance, including for existing paid and user-generated campaigns.

- Set up automated lifecycle emails triggered by user behavior, and translate cohort drop-off patterns into product improvements.

- Develop technical and programmatic search and content infrastructure to grow organic discovery.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Solid software engineering skills spanning user interface, server-side and data work, with a history of delivering working changes to production.

- Capable of implementing product changes end to end, particularly polished, design-sensitive user interface work.

- Practical command of A/B testing methods, funnel analysis, statistics and reporting tools.

- Comfortable using AI coding assistants while remaining accountable for the quality of what ships.

- Able to take a target metric, along with full data and customer access, and drive it independently.

- Real enthusiasm for consumer products and user behavior data.

- Fast-moving, creative and analytical, with curiosity and persistence.

- Roughly 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points

- Growth experience in the games industry.

- Experience with lifecycle tooling or programmatic SEO.
