About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social at Solace, you’ll be responsible for owning and scaling our paid social acquisition engine — continuing to build Meta and expanding into new channels like TikTok and Snapchat.

This is a deeply hands-on role. You’ll be in the account daily: setting strategy, managing budgets, building and iterating campaign structures, launching tests, and making judgment calls on creative strategy. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that every optimization decision accounts for full-funnel impact — from CTR and CVR to show rates and LTV.

You’ll work closely with our creative team and CRO Specialist, and partner with data to ensure our measurement is reliable and decision-making is grounded.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Meta performance end-to-end across campaign strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation.

  • Build a feedback loop in partnership with our integrated marketing and creative teams.

  • Monitor and diagnose full-funnel performance, not just platform KPIs — and proactively identify what’s driving wins/losses.

  • Partner closely with our CRO Specialist to align ad messaging with landing pages.

  • Own paid social tracking and measurement (pixel/CAPI health and lead quality feedback loops).

  • Collaborate with Data/Analytics to improve reporting, ensure consistency in KPI definitions, and deepen channel insight.

  • Own our expansion into TikTok and Snapchat.

  • Translate account performance into insights for the broader team.

  • Manage and grow associate talent.

What Success Looks Like

Meta gains efficiency as we scale to higher levels of spend. Creative testing becomes faster, higher-signal, and better connected to what actually drives patient action. Down funnel metrics improve, and we’ve successfully scaled into additional paid social channels.

Who You Are
  • A collaborative partner who enjoys working across multiple functions and can prioritize a large backlog of work.

  • A hands-on operator who loves diving into the details of an account and making things happen.

  • Comfortable balancing speed with rigor — you know when to test and when to wait.

  • Motivated by ownership, iteration, and measurable improvement.

  • Strong creative judgment — you can identify what’s working and why.

  • A full-funnel thinker who understands how paid traffic interacts with landing pages, intake flows, and downstream conversion.

  • A team player that is excited by the opportunity to mentor and grow talent.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 3–6+ years of paid social experience, with recent, hands-on ownership of 7-figure Meta accounts. Experience with TikTok and/or Snapchat adds a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns toward real business outcomes (not just CTR/CPA in isolation).

  • Deep understanding of tracking and measurement (Pixel + CAPI, event definitions, UTM hygiene, funnel reporting).

  • Strong communication skills — able to explain performance simply and clearly to stakeholders.

  • Bonus: experience in lead gen, healthcare, insurance, or other high-consideration funnels.

Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.
