About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead go-to-market efforts for new technical products, partnering directly with founders, engineers and researchers. The work blends positioning, launch execution, funnel analysis and hands-on content production, alongside helping shape an early growth function.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of growth across a set of technical software offerings and their releases.

- Shape positioning, messaging and launch plans, then carry them out through social media, developer communities, content and partnerships.

- Create written pieces, product demos, customer stories and promotional campaigns.

- Set up dependable systems for bringing in and engaging new users, supported by end-to-end metrics and quick tests.

- Collaborate with product colleagues to improve user onboarding, engagement, retention and revenue.

- Help hire and organize the first members of the growth team and define how they work.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- At least 4 years in a growth role for technical or AI-oriented software.

- Hands-on history of bringing new products to market from scratch, not just tuning established channels.

- Real familiarity with developer audiences and today's software and AI tooling.

- Strong writing and storytelling skills for shaping clear product messages.

- Data-driven approach and comfort being accountable for growth numbers.

- Ability to get things done quickly without leaning on a big team or outside agency.

- Prior experience founding a company, building products or working side by side with engineers.

- Current US work authorization.

Bonus points

- Technical or engineering-oriented product background.

- Growth experience with software aimed at developers or product-led models.

- An established audience or network among technical and founder communities, including a large social following.

- Skill in making demo videos or launch footage.
