The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build an outbound sales and growth function from the ground up, owning lead generation, outreach and the systems that turn prospects into booked calls. This is a hands-on role for someone who sets up the tools and processes personally and can coach leadership on what works.
What you'll do
- Set up an outbound program from scratch, covering lead sourcing, qualification and email outreach.
- Track positive replies and buying signals to generate qualified leads and schedule sales calls.
- Design go-to-market loops that are measurable and profitable.
- Launch, test and refine multiple acquisition channels on an ongoing basis.
- Own revenue and growth outcomes, building the supporting systems and operations directly.
- Teach and guide leadership on outbound practices based on your own experience.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 1 to 4 years of experience in growth, lead generation or go-to-market roles.
- Experience building automated, AI-assisted go-to-market workflows for a product or company.
- Deep hands-on outbound experience across lead generation, qualification, email and tracking, as a doer rather than only a supervisor.
- A track record of inventive approaches to finding new customers and automating the work behind them.
- Fluency with Apollo and Clay and comfort using AI agents across daily work.
- Working knowledge of media buying, analytics, SEO and classic growth tactics.
- Strong interest in conversion rates and lead-generation tactics, and a drive to own results in a small team.
