As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll drive demand through product-led growth and paid channels, run experiments, and improve the customer journey.

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

How we work:

We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we:

  • Optimize everything we do around accelerating rate of learning.

  • Do truly great work

  • Communicate openly and directly, and with full context.

All while maintaining a hard-earned reputation for craft and quality.

The role:

You'll own growth end-to-end — spanning paid channels, self-serve, and product-led growth loops — from ideation to execution to iteration.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who uses AI as a core part of how they think, create, and ship. You'll design and launch experiments across paid channels and product surfaces, often moving from idea → prototype → live test in days, not weeks.

You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to form clear hypotheses, leverage AI to accelerate learning, and scale what works.

Key ownership areas:
  • Drive demand and pipeline through paid channels (search, paid social, influencers) and product-led growth loops — owning the full mix, not just one side of it.

  • Build and optimise campaigns that generate both direct pipeline and high-quality PQLs, working across the funnel from awareness to conversion.

  • Run high-velocity experiments to drive growth, often using AI to prototype, launch, and iterate quickly.

  • Level up and scale end-user growth programs such as Job Hoppers and Customer Referrals.

  • Collaborate with Product to improve the self-serve funnel, optimising every step from website → signup → free → paid.

What you bring:
  • Previous experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through both paid demand gen and self-serve channels.

  • You actively use AI tools (LLMs, agents, automations) as part of your daily workflow — not just for ideation, but for execution.

  • Curious about how AI changes how growth, product, and marketing should work — and you experiment accordingly.

  • Strong builder instinct with the ability to rapidly deploy experiments end-to-end.

  • Exceptional product, UX, and messaging taste; can design and critique user journeys across product surfaces and marketing channels.

  • Happy to work in a hybrid working arrangement. We aim for 3 days (or more) per week in the office.

How you’ll work
  • Use AI tools to rapidly prototype landing pages, campaigns, experiments, and internal tooling.

  • Leverage LLMs and agents to generate, test, and refine messaging, creative, and growth ideas at high velocity.

  • Build lightweight automations and workflows to eliminate manual toil in experimentation and reporting.

What we offer:
  • The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance.

  • Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI.

  • High compensation, through cash and equity.

  • All the benefits you’d expect and more.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
