Our People are: Bold, Authentic, Purposeful and Inspired

Our People are not: Perfect, Traditional, Complacent or Cautious

About the Role

As the Growth Operations Manager, you will be the architect of our next-generation go-to-market engine. We are transitioning to a sophisticated ABM-led inbound and outbound powerhouse, and we need a visionary operator to lead a complete "ground-up" rebuild of our Go-to-Market stack. You will leverage AI agents to eliminate manual toil and build the intent-capture framework that identifies our next big partners before they even find us.

What You’ll Do

  • MarTech System Design: Lead the "ground-up" build of our CRM, Marketing Automation, and Enrichment layers to support advanced AI workflows, ensuring our infrastructure can handle exponential scale.

  • AI Fleet Orchestration: Architect and deploy multi-agent AI workflows to handle top-of-funnel research, autonomously clean lead data, and draft hyper-personalized outbound communications. You will build the engine that serves as a massive force multiplier for our sales organization.

  • Process Innovation: Develop sophisticated AI frameworks to automate complex, high-effort GTM workflows. You will build systems that do the heavy lifting, like cross-referencing product content for proposal and RFP generation, to drastically reduce operational drag and improve competitive win rates.

  • Intent-Capture Framework: Design and manage our "Early Warning System" by aggregating first-party web signals and third-party intent data (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, G2). You will build the logic that converts "anonymous spikes" into actionable, prioritized account lists.

  • Double-Funnel Operationalization: Build the account-to-lead matching logic and automated "Plays" that trigger the exact right cross-functional actions when a target account moves from the "Awareness" to "Consideration" stage.

  • Advanced Attribution & Visualization: Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and RevOps. You will build high-fidelity dashboards that track Pipeline Velocity, LTV/CAC ratios, and Account Engagement Scores, ensuring attribution is pristine from first signal to closed-won deal.

Why You’ll Do It

We are fundamentally changing how we go to market. Our goal is to protect the customers of the world’s largest digital companies, and to reach that scale, our operational engine must be as innovative as our product. You are building a modern digital nervous system powered by autonomous AI and signal-driven intent, that allows Cover Genius to identify, engage, and win the world’s biggest partnerships faster and more efficiently than ever before.

How You’ll Do It

You’ll work in lockstep with the Marketing, RevOps and Commercial teams to ensure data integrity and seamless handoffs. We have an appetite for working as part of a high-energy, collegial team that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty. You’ll use your analytical rigor, "builder" mindset, and love for technical problem-solving to transform complex data into a streamlined revenue machine.

To help us level up, you’ll ideally have:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Growth Operations / Engineering within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

  • ABX Infrastructure Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience designing and operating Account-Based Experience platforms (specifically Demandbase or 6sense), including custom intent modeling, account-to-lead matching, and account scoring.

  • AI & Automation Architecture: Practical experience orchestrating AI workflows (whether via LLM APIs, Python, advanced middleware like n8n/Workato, or tools like Qualified) and a track record of connecting AI agents to traditional CRM systems to automate complex GTM tasks.

  • Systems Integration: A proven track record of building a modern MarTech stack from the ground up. You have a deep understanding of data orchestration, API integrations, and data hygiene across complex CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) environments.

  • Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) to build complex attribution models and track full-funnel ABX pipeline velocity.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Systems Thinking: You see the entire "Double Funnel" and naturally understand how an anonymous intent signal at the top translates into a closed-won deal at the bottom.

  • Cross-Functional Translation: The ability to speak "Sales," "Marketing," and "Product" fluently, translating high-level GTM strategy into precise technical architecture.

  • Adaptability & Builder's Grit: A thrive-in-complexity mindset; you’re comfortable stripping an old system down and rebuilding it from the studs while the business is rapidly scaling.

  • Boldness: You don't just follow the standard B2B SaaS playbook; you are actively looking for the next technological leap to give our revenue teams an unfair competitive edge.
