We’re committed to building a diverse team and inclusive culture and believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream. We make this a reality by empowering you with the tools, resources, and support you need to grow your career.

Sales at Brex

Sales is the growth engine at Brex. We bring in new customers, expand existing relationships, and drive the company’s bottom line. With unlimited territories and uncapped opportunity, your ambition sets the ceiling. We win together, celebrate often, and reward performance. If you want to sell a category-defining product with real ownership, this is your team.

What you’ll do

As the Growth Partnerships Manager at Brex, you will own the entire partner ecosystem for our celebrated rewards and perks program across all Brex segments. We've already transformed Brex points into a major real-world flex—offering everything from free DoorDash DashPass and 5% credit back, to exclusive experiences like private dining, sports suites, and high-profile swag and billboards.

Now, we need a strategic builder to take ownership of these partnerships, drive increased usage and deepen customer loyalty all while building momentum by forging powerful new partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of what truly motivates our customers. You will be responsible for the full product partnership lifecycle: conceiving the idea, partnering with EPD, executing the launch, growing the relationship, and scaling new initiatives.

If you have experience as a founder or have excelled in business development, partnerships and/or growth roles, this is the perfect opportunity to have a massive impact on Brex’s growth trajectory.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow our partnerships with DoorDash, BoomPop, BetterSwag, and source the next wave of partners for our growing rewards and perks program
  • Quarterback with both marketing and operations to design and drive customer acquisition end-to-end: email, in-product, social, live moments
  • Champion challenging & impactful product builds including placements, APIs, tracking, and attribution
  • Partner closely with our marketing teams to connect our offerings to both customer value and market / cultural trends
  • Enable and train customer facing teams  to drive value through perks by developing one-pagers, talk tracks, micro-demos, and pitch materials
  • Share program success internally using data including dashboards, insights, program updates, and priorities.

Requirements

  • Ex-founder or 3+ years in business development, partnerships and/or growth at a fast-growing company
  • Scrappy operator who can pitch at 10am, ship a landing page by 4pm, post it at 6pm
  • Strong ownership, high bias to action, world-class written comms
  • Creative with internet instincts and taste for what gets reach on X/LinkedIn and aligns with the Brex brand
  • Product-curious: can build a lightweight PRD, advocate for an API, or debug a flow
  • Analytical: build and monitor funnel reporting, design experiments, model in sheets or SQL, and synthesize results

Bonus points

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance
  • Keen awareness of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Hex, Looker or emerging coding tools

Compensation

The expected OTE range for this role is $135,600 - $169,500. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.  Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
