About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Growth Product to own and scale Juicebox’s organic and product-led growth engine.

A significant portion of Juicebox revenue already comes from our self-serve product motion. This role will focus on growing that channel through product experiments, lifecycle marketing, and user-driven growth loops.

You’ll work closely with the founders and across product & engineering teams to design experiments, launch initiatives, and drive measurable growth.

Your ultimate goal will be to increase revenue from self-serve customers, and you will own that metric.

You Will…

  • Own Juicebox’s self-serve revenue growth funnel and top-line metrics end-to-end

  • Drive organic and product-led growth initiatives

  • Increase user invitations and product-driven adoption

  • Improve onboarding, activation, and referral flows

  • Run experiments to improve self-serve acquisition, retention, and reactivation

  • Launch lifecycle campaigns across email, product messaging, and promotions

  • Analyze product usage and growth metrics to identify opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to ship growth experiments

You Have…

  • 6+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company (4+ preferred)

  • Experience with product-led growth or growth experimentation

  • Comfort working with product and user data

  • Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them)

  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to run experiments end-to-end

  • High EQ and ability to collaborate across teams to ship initiatives

Perks & Benefits

  • Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.

  • Comprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents. Dental & Vision: 90% employer covered; 85% for dependents.

  • $2,000 annual wellness stipend to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.

  • Daily meals provided.

  • $300/month commuting stipend to help cover the cost of getting to and from the office.
