About the company

Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead efforts to lift a key conversion metric across a consumer-facing experience, locating where people drop off and shaping fixes in product, messaging and operations. Collaborate with product, data and operations colleagues to convert feedback into action and trial new engagement channels.

What you'll do

- Take responsibility for a core conversion rate that spans first outreach through a finished first appointment, and work steadily to raise it.

- Pinpoint friction across the full user journey, including scheduling, messaging, information pages and transitions between product areas.

- Manage the feedback program that follows each appointment, covering survey design and timing, participation levels and the reliability of the results.

- Send insights to the appropriate owners, directing product matters to product and operations leaders and outreach matters to the data group.

- Partner with account management and operations colleagues to resolve provider-side obstacles such as scheduling workflows and onboarding.

- Work with the data group so that feedback findings inform audience targeting and re-engagement rules.

- Assess emerging outreach channels, including AI-driven options, for their potential to reduce friction and lift conversion.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Roughly four years in product management, growth or an adjacent function, with experience launching features, tracking results and refining them.

- Background building consumer products, preferably a digital experience used directly by individuals; candidates with only business-to-business experience are unlikely to fit.

- A product-oriented profile that could credibly interview for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager position, rather than a purely marketing one.

- A track record of improving a consumer adoption or retention measure, with concrete results you can quantify.

- Comfort with numbers, including reading funnel data and working with structured datasets, plus familiarity with SQL.

- Skill at influencing colleagues across functions without formal authority.

- Ability to work in the New York office at least 2 days per week.

Bonus points

- Prior exposure to healthcare, consumer health or health insurance.
