Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

GTM Applications Engineer

SpaceXAI’s go-to-market org is growing fast, and the software that runs it has to keep up. GTM Apps sits inside Revenue Operations and builds the internal products our Sales, Customer Success, Field Engineering, and RevOps teams use every day for account intelligence, forecasting, pricing, and more. We also enable other teams to build apps for themselves via enablement and maintaining shared infrastructure.

As a GTM Applications Engineer, you’ll own product surfaces end-to-end by talking to users, shipping full-stack applications, keeping production apps healthy, and raising the bar on reliability and UX. This is product engineering for the people who sell and support the SpaceXAI suite of products. Our team has high leverage, lots of visibility, and we move fast.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and ship full-stack features for GTM Apps (TypeScript / Next.js and our shared internal stack), from idea through production

  • Enable our world-class sales team to exceed their ambitious goals with world-class software

  • Own a product surface and drive its roadmap (e.g. account intelligence, pricing, forecasting, our internal data API, etc)

  • Partner closely with RevOps, Data Engineering, and field teams to turn messy operational processes into durable software

  • Improve the reliability, performance, and user experience for critical software our GTM teams depend on for daily work

  • Build and maintain shared infrastructure other GTM builders can use (e.g. APIs, UI libraries, authentication frameworks, etc)

  • Triage and fix issues in our app suite and use that feedback as an input signal for your roadmap

  • Use AI tooling aggressively in your own workflow and, where it helps users, in the products you ship

What we're looking for

  • You’ve shipped production full-stack products (web apps users rely on every day), not just scripts or dashboards

  • You’re strong in TypeScript and modern React / Next.js, and comfortable across the full stack (UI, APIs, data, etc)

  • You care about UX and clarity

  • You’ve worked closely with business users (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, or similar) and can translate fuzzy requests into software requirements

  • You’re comfortable with SQL and have worked with large datasets in a modern warehouse, and you’re a strong partner to data engineers

  • You take ownership of the entire SDLC end-to-end with the minimum required process overhead

  • Bonus: experience with Salesforce, Databricks, Vercel, Datadog, RevOps tooling, working on an internal platforms team, and using Cursor
