About Decagon

Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering every brand to deliver concierge customer experiences.

Our technology enables industry-defining enterprises like Avis Budget Group, Block’s Cash App and Square, Chime, Oura Health, and Hunter Douglas to deploy AI agents that power personalized, deeply satisfying interactions across voice, chat, email, SMS, and every other channel.

We’re building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships. We’re proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including a16z, Accel, Bain Capital Ventures, Coatue, and Index Ventures, along with many others.

We’re an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner’s Mindset, and The Polymath Principle — shape how we work and grow as a team.

About The Team

Decagon’s GTM Productivity team is laser-focused on building a truly elite, world-class revenue engine as a core differentiator for the business. At the individual level, we believe in unlocking the full potential of every seller and field team member — enabling them to do their best work and win at the highest level. At the organizational level, success means turning strategy into consistent, repeatable execution — driving faster ramp, higher productivity per rep, and exceeding global revenue targets with greater efficiency.

About The Role

Decagon is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager — a founding member of our GTM Productivity team — to help build and scale the programs that power our revenue engine. You’ll operate at the center of how we ramp talent, drive field productivity, and scale GTM execution — designing and operationalizing high-impact programs in close partnership with stakeholders across the business. This is a highly visible, high-ownership role with direct impact on how Decagon grows.

In this role, you will

  • Build and scale core enablement programs — including onboarding, ongoing development, and role-specific training across the GTM organization

  • Drive field performance and readiness — developing content, training, and certification frameworks that improve how teams sell and execute

  • Partner cross-functionally across the business — working with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and impact

  • Operate a consistent enablement cadence — leading and facilitating high-impact sessions in partnership with GTM leaders and top performers

  • Own enablement infrastructure and insights — standing up and optimizing tooling (content, learning, conversational AI systems) and using data to continuously improve ramp, productivity, and attainment

  • Lead high-impact GTM moments — including Sales Kickoff and other events that align and energize the field

  • Adapt and extend programs as we scale — building new initiatives and leveraging AI to increase the reach and effectiveness of enablement

Your background looks something like this

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or revenue-focused roles, with a strong understanding of enablement best practices and modern SaaS sales motions

  • Proven ability to build and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with a high degree of ownership and accountability

  • Strong program and project management skills, with a scrappy, execution-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality work

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and learning agility across product, technology, and sales

Even better if you have

  • Experience applying or navigating AI in GTM, sales, or enablement contexts

  • Background building or scaling world-class training programs

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment

Benefits

We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees:

  • Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave)

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

  • Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best

These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.
