About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

This role is a hands-on GTM Systems Analyst or Senior GTM Systems Analyst position responsible for building and optimizing the company’s revenue systems infrastructure, primarily through Salesforce configuration/development and integrations across the broader GTM tech stack to support scalable sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own and improve Salesforce and the broader GTM systems stack
• Configure and build Salesforce workflows, fields, validations, permissions, and automations
• Manage integrations across tools like Salesforce, Gong, marketing automation, CPQ/billing, and Stripe
• Proactively find process, automation and data-hygiene gaps across GTM, take on ambiguous requests, and scope, build and ship improvements independently with a clear view of the outcome and how it's measured.
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests on impact, effort and ongoing upkeep. Decide what gets built, deferred or declined, align stakeholders on scope and sequencing, and explain the reasoning to requesters..
• Build and support core workflows like lead routing, opportunity stages, forecasting, and quote-to-cash
• Troubleshoot system issues and keep GTM systems running smoothly
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requests and design the right system solutions
• Use AI tools to speed up building, testing, documentation and impact analysis, with a clear sense of where they stop being reliable.

Who You Are

Must Haves

• 3+ years (Analyst) or 5+ years (Senior Analyst) in RevOps / GTM Systems roles
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration experience
• Experience building automation and workflows in Salesforce
• Experience working with multiple GTM tools and integrations (ex: Gong, marketing tools, CPQ, billing)
• Experience supporting or scaling Salesforce in a startup or high-growth environment
• Sound judgment on when a quick fix is enough and when a scalable solution is worth the extra time.
• Treats GTM teams as customers: communicates clearly with non-technical users and can explain the tradeoffs behind a systems decision in plain language.

Nice to Haves

• Salesforce Admin or additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience implementing CPQ or billing systems
• Some Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWCs), enough to recognize when a declarative build is the wrong answer.
• Consulting background or experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs

What’s In It For You

  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.
