Description:

For his/ her defined product line and/or defined accounts:

  • Presents and sells ODS

  • Prospects, qualifies, quotes and closes new business

  • Delivers service revenues objectives (across Service offers portfolio: Labor, Parts, Accessories, Solutions)

  • Supports Service Account Leaders and Product Service Sales Specialists on maximizing services sales opportunities

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed touch rate, revenue and annual pricing increases targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts.

  • Implements proactive call schedule to increase sales growth.

  • Generates proposals, prepares quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.

  • Prioritizes selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of prospects to generate sales, achieves account penetration and drives capture rate.

  • Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account. Utilizes installed base information, sales and service reports/databases, new leads and cold-calling efforts.

  • Tracks call outcomes and opportunities through designated tracking processes and/or customer relationship management tools.

  • Supports and partners with field sales and service personnel in their efforts to sell service value.

  • Follows up on targeted marketing campaigns and maximizes incremental revenue.

  • Ensures seamless teamwork with the Equipment Sales, Product Services Sales specialists, Service Account Leaders, Marketing, Commercial Operations and U/S, Devices Commercial leader to maximize all sales potential.

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l and/or local Law is broken Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible

Required Qualifications:

  • Selling and negotiation skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Service products and equipment modalities

  • Service Environment knowledge.

  • Installed base knowledge.

  • Language proficiency in English (depending on region).

  • Strong customer skills.

  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High work standard and quality.

  • Effective problem solving.

  • Effective personal organization skills.

  • GE Healthcare policies and process knowledge.

  • Business and results oriented

  • Radiology or Healthcare professional.
