What We Do

Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.

Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG.

We’re building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We’re using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI.

Who We Are

Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.

The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.

Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.

Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.

Who We Need

As Head of Accounting & Advisory Partnerships, you will lead one of Rillet’s most important growth functions.

You’ll own our strategy across the Big 4, top accounting firms, mid-market boutiques, and the long-tail of high value Fractional CFOs — building relationships that translate into pipeline, revenue, and long-term market advantage.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll own the number, lead and inspire a growing team, and represent Rillet with senior executives across the industry. You will orchestrate the partnerships engine, while still stepping in to close a partner, create the pitch, or solve what is not working. You will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with leadership across Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Customer Success, and Rillet’s PE Partnerships team to build the infrastructure that drives outcomes at scale.

We’re looking for teammates who are based near our New York City or San Francisco offices, or open to relocating. Our hybrid schedule brings the team together in person on Tuesdays through Thursdays. This role requires significant travel.

What You’ll Do
  • Own channel revenue. Build the strategy, pipeline, and operating cadence to grow the team’s revenue.

  • Build the infrastructure. Effectively enable partner cross-sell, up-level Rillet’s sales process to work productively with partners, create repeatable go-to-market motions, and build & manage an engaging events calendar.

  • Identify & execute on strategic initiatives. Work with partner on longer-term bets and ancillary opportunities beyond near-term revenue generation.

  • Lead and scale the team. Hire, coach, inspire, and raise the bar for a high-performing partnerships organization.

  • Represent Rillet at the highest levels. Build credibility with C-suite executives, senior partners, and industry leaders and become a trusted ambassador for Rillet.

  • Turn relationships into outcomes. Create repeatable programs that generate pipeline, customers, and strategic value — not just logos or introductions.

  • Raise the communication bar. Build exceptional presentations, pitches, and partner materials, and coach the team to do the same.

  • Lead across Rillet. Partner closely with every function at Rillet to make the team successful.

Who We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience, ideally with an analytical foundation (accounting, MBB consulting, IB/PE experience). Experience working with advisory firms strongly preferred

  • You have led and scaled a strategic partnerships, or channel function with clear accountability for revenue.

  • You have managed and developed strong teams, and people want to work for you, learn from you, and follow your leadership.

  • You are exceptionally execution oriented – move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, run through walls, and simply get things done. You are allergic to analysis paralysis

  • You have exceptional executive presence and can build credibility with senior leaders across complex, sophisticated organizations.

  • You are a relentless, low-ego builder who thrives in white space and is comfortable doing the work yourself before there is a playbook around you.

  • You move quickly and adapt easily without losing your point of view or focus on the number.

  • You have a team mindset. Rillet is a highly collaborative company with complex go-to-market and delivery operations. You need others on your side.

  • Experience with events, conferences, and ecosystem-building is a strong plus.

The expected OTE range for this role is $260,000–$280,000 in New York City and San Francisco. Final compensation within this range will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.

Note: All official Rillet recruiting communications will come from an @rillet.com email address. If you’re contacted from another domain, please disregard the message and report it as spam.

Life at Rillet
  • Grow with us. Take meaningful ownership, expand your scope, and make an impact as Rillet scales.

  • Competitive pay and meaningful equity. Be rewarded for the value you help create.

  • Benefits that support you. We offer competitive benefits designed to support your health, wellbeing, time away from work, family, and long-term financial goals.

  • Better together. We value collaboration, connection, and spending meaningful time together as a team. We regularly create opportunities to connect through team meals, events, and company gatherings.
