As the Global Head of Solutions Engineering at BitGo, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of solutions engineers to drive the successful implementation and integration of our digital asset solutions for clients. This role combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital assets to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:- Managing a globally distributed team comprising of Solution Architects and Solution Engineers
- Lead and drive technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities such as product education, solution architecture, implementation, onboarding, delivery, etc.
- Continuous client relationship management that includes understanding client’s business requirements, expectations and technical support
- Collaboration and partnership with our Sales, Product Management, Risk, Compliance and Engineering Teams contributing to development of new product features
- Provide data and feedback on go to market strategies
- Manage the DDQ / RFx process

Required:- 12+ years in an enterprise client facing technical role as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar
- Familiarity with multiple coding and scripting languages including javascript and typescript
- Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects and concepts including web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, SDKs, etc.
- Previous experience in pre-sales, post-sales and professional services
- Strong experience with leading and managing client engagements and projects
- RFx/ DDQ experience - working with other SMEs to formulate relevant responses
- Experience with global customers across tiers and market segments
- Extremely high professionalism - client and colleagues love working with you
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication and comprehension
- Ability to self-manage and use best professional judgment as needed
- Very high interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies and financial services and products
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent years of professional experience

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $200,000 - $250,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
