About Titan

Every company runs on IT, and IT still runs on people: tickets, escalations, late-night pages. AI agents can now do that work better. IT services is a $1.5 trillion industry, and we believe most of it will be done by AI within the decade.

Titan is the first AI-native IT services company. We don't sell software and walk away; we own the outcome. Our agents monitor, triage, and resolve work across the service desk, infrastructure, security, identity, and endpoints, with expert engineers in the loop, 24/7.

In under a year we've raised over $100M from General Catalyst, 8VC, and CalPERS, acquired market-leading MSPs like RFA, and automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers. We've closed several seven-figure contracts and are on track for $100M in revenue by the end of 2026. Our team includes talent from Scale AI, CoreWeave, Vanta, Dropbox, Meta, Five Rings, Two Sigma, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT.

We're building a $100B company.

About the role

You'll own how Titan grows, reporting directly to our CEO and founder. AI x Services is the defining opportunity of this cycle, and there's no playbook for growing an AI-native services company from $100M toward $1B. You'll write it.

Your mandate is broad. Early priorities:

  • Pipeline. Grow our BDR team past 10 reps and own pipeline targets for our enterprise sales motion.

  • Partnerships. Turn technology vendors, channel partners, and the MSP ecosystem into a channel driving 30% of revenue.

  • New products. Own go-to-market for new product lines, starting with Managed AI: launch it and scale it past 100 customers.

Who you are
  • 8+ years in B2B growth or revenue leadership, including managing pipeline-generating teams

  • You've built growth engines from scratch and owned pipeline and CAC targets, not activity metrics

  • You've taken new products to market

  • You rise to the ambition: you want to build the growth function of a generational company, not run an existing one

Titan is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
