Build and maintain Epic Healthy Planet registries, MPM metrics, HEDIS measures, and care gap work queues for a clinically integrated network. Support migration of value-based contracts from Arcadia to Epic, maintain and optimize existing configurations, sunset legacy infrastructure, and support regulatory quality reporting. Work collaboratively from prioritized intake while completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
The summary above was generated by AI

A large academic health system in the Northeast recently stood up a clinically integrated network and is moving its value-based contract management into Epic. Today that work runs through Arcadia. The three-year goal is to come off Arcadia, and the first steps are Epic's care gap work queues and the move of every value-based contract onto Epic's data ingestion and normalization engine. The population health team of 10 has been building nonstop for two years supporting the health system, the new network and its Community Connect partners. This hire adds capacity so the team can keep building while catching up on maintenance, sunsetting older infrastructure and optimizing what is already live.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain Healthy Planet registries and MPM metrics for the network, the health system and Community Connect partners.
  • Configure and support Epic's HEDIS measure build and the care gap work queues under the value-based care license.
  • Support the contract migration off Arcadia as that work moves through the team's priority process.
  • Take assigned, prioritized work from the team leads and the manager, deliver it with minimal supervision, and bring design questions back to the group before building.
  • Own maintenance on existing build alongside new work: cleanup, sunsets, and optimization of Compass Rose campaigns and regulatory quality reporting.

Requirements

Required

  • Current Epic Healthy Planet certification. No uncertified candidates, no business analyst profiles.
  • At least one year of hands-on Healthy Planet build in a live environment.
  • Working knowledge of the registry framework and the MPM metric framework.
  • Experience with Epic's HEDIS measure build and the care gap work queues (no separate certification exists for these, a badge is a plus).
  • Mid-level — certified, aware of the full toolkit, runs assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Not a coordinator, team lead or content expert.
  • Strongly collaborative — this team designs together and prioritizes every request through a formal intake.
  • Flexible with shifting priorities, engaged, comfortable taking direction.

Preferred

  • Clinically integrated network or value-based care program exposure.
  • Compass Rose campaign build.
  • Regulatory quality reporting.
  • Arcadia or another population health analytics platform.
  • Healthy Planet badges.
