Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

  • Provide front-line support on employee relations matters, including employee inquiries, internal mobility, and guidance for managers on people-related issues
  • Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness
  • Partner in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive results
  • Collaborate closely with global HR partners to ensure alignment and deliver strong, cross-functional HR programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Consulting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a full-scope HR Business Partner role within a high-tech, fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in consultative business partnering across core HR domains, including organizational development, employee relations, talent management, and total rewards
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment lifecycle processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
