  • Deliver post–go-live reinforcement training

Clinician Advocacy

  • Highlight product friction and feature requests

  • Contribute to customer success stories and case studies

Who You Are:

Required

  • 3+ years in training, teaching, or education (healthcare preferred)

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Comfortable learning new technology quickly

  • Empathetic, patient, and energized by helping others learn

  • Willing to travel 30–40% (U.S.)
