The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead clinician onboarding and training during customer implementations. You’ll turn skeptical, time-strapped clinicians into confident power users through engaging training, hands-on coaching, and thoughtful change management.
What You’ll Do:
Training & Enablement
Lead virtual and on-site training for clinicians and office staff
Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching as needed
Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and support go-lives
30-40% travel to customer sites for implementations and field support
Adoption & Engagement
Build trust with clinicians and understand workflow challenges
Identify and address adoption barriers
Monitor usage and follow up with low-engagement users
Gather feedback to improve training and product experience
Implementation Support
Partner with CS on planning, readiness assessments, and milestones
Track training completion and clinician feedback
Identify at-risk implementations and escalate proactively
Deliver post–go-live reinforcement training
Clinician Advocacy
Share frontline insights with Product, Engineering, and CS
Highlight product friction and feature requests
Contribute to customer success stories and case studies
Who You Are:
Required
3+ years in training, teaching, or education (healthcare preferred)
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfortable learning new technology quickly
Empathetic, patient, and energized by helping others learn
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup
Willing to travel 30–40% (U.S.)
Nice to Have
Experience training clinicians on EMR/EHR or clinical software
Home health or hospice experience
Background in instructional design or adult learning
LMS or training platform experience
