Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?

About the role

Flex is entering a new phase of growth and is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to own the operating system of our Brand & Reputation function. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Reputation, you’ll be the day-to-day driver of brand execution, translating strategy into high-quality, on-brand work that makes an impact.

You’ll play a central role in launching Flex’s new verbal and visual identity, building the systems that make it scalable while strengthening how we show up across reputation channels. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong creative instincts, operational discipline, and a bias toward action.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to help build a brand at scale, this role offers meaningful ownership and visibility from day one.

This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in our New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ/SF/SLC area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

What you’ll do
  • Lead day-to-day implementation of Flex’s rebrand, partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure seamless rollout across channels
  • Drive cross-functional campaign execution and brand activations, aligning stakeholders and ensuring outputs meet brand and compliance standards
  • Build and maintain brand governance systems, including guidelines, templates, AI tools, and a well-organized asset library, that empower teams to produce high-quality, on-brand work efficiently
  • Design and operationalize Flex’s reputation management system across reviews, social platforms, and external forums, including monitoring automation, escalation frameworks, and internal feedback loops
  • Track and report on brand and reputation KPIs, synthesizing qualitative themes and quantitative metrics to inform priorities and demonstrate progress
  • Design and refine AI-supported workflows that increase speed and consistency while preserving brand integrity and regulatory guardrails
Key qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in brand, integrated marketing, or cross-functional marketing roles within high-growth environments
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines
  • Experience operating in regulated industries (fintech strongly preferred) with exposure to legal and compliance review processes
  • Strong creative judgment across copy and design with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback that elevates work from good to great
  • Exceptional project management discipline; you bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous environments
  • Fluent in modern AI tools and actively exploring workflow automation; comfortable coaching and calibrating AI outputs for quality and accuracy
  • High-agency operator who moves quickly, works independently, and takes ownership through completion

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines.

For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/ SF), the base salary pay range for this role is $132,000—$165,000 USD. For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Please speak with your recruiter for additional information regarding the specific range for your location.
