Classification: Full-time
Reporting to: Managing Partner
Location: 3384 Robertson Pl, Ste 200, 90034 Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $100,000 - $156,000 annually
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

This role supports Brainlabs in building high-value, long-term relationships with clients. From helping to pitch for new clients through to growing existing client relationships you will focus on delivering brilliant work for clients and in doing so growing client engagement. You represent Brainlabs as a ‘window’ through which excellent media solutions are delivered to clients. You help to run the client account by owning your own flawless execution.

In this role you will:

  • Help to pitch and win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise.
  • Work to deliver the strategic client growth plans for your client, making sure you and the team deliver excellent work at all times
  • Really understand your client business and ensure the SOW is fulfilled either directly by you or through your reports working with the Client Success Team. 
  • Develop your portfolio of client case studies and articles promoting Brainlabs solutions. 
  • Actively anticipate client challenges and tailor optimum solutions.
  • Act as a first point of contact for mid-level + client stakeholders as identified and build those relationships.

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has 8+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical specialisation.
  • Has proven client leadership skills and already be a trusted advisor to a number of clients. 
  • Has developing knowledge of how marketing and cross-media (channels) directly drives specific client KPIs.
  • Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience. 
  • Is a brilliant communicator, relationship builder and capable of translating challenges into real media solutions 
  • Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
  • Has a developing knowledge of how end-to-end full-service media agencies deliver integrated solutions that solve your clients challenges.

  • Award wins for your client solutions 
  • Minimum 7+ TRR scores or CSAT
  • Internal profitability metric hit such as DLM, revenue targets 
  • A growing portfolio of revenue across your client or portfolio of clients 
  • Evidence of broad revenue sources for your client via multiple Brainlabs products 
  • Increasing profile in the media world in your sector/marketing prompting Brainlabs and your client success 
  • Be revenue hungry and pitch successfully
  • Make your client stakeholders famous and successful!
