  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, discernment, and conscious communication into the recruiting process

Who You Are
  • 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on executive or leadership roles

  • Skilled at building authentic relationships and intuitively assessing candidate-company alignment

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about helping people find aligned career opportunities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and relationships simultaneously

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Excited to help build a new kind of recruiting firm that integrates consciousness and business

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience recruiting in high-growth startup, VC-backed, or mission-driven environments

  • Deep network of values-aligned executive talent across industries

Why Join Us?
