EyeTell is a new startup brought to you by Chad Hurley, the Co-Founder and former CEO of YouTube. We are building something new at the intersection of AI and mixed media and are looking for a passionate and experienced iOS Developer to join our small team.

You will be joining at the ground floor, which is an exciting time! However, because of this, we expect teammates to be in the office most of the time, so if you seek remote-only or remote-mostly, this is not the droid you are looking for.

Job Summary:

You will play a key role in developing and launching a high-quality, innovative mobile experience for users worldwide. You will work closely with our small team to bring our vision to life, contributing to the entire development cycle from conception to release.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test native iOS applications using Swift programming language

  • Collaborate with our designer to translate UI/UX designs into efficient and maintainable code

  • Implement features using various iOS frameworks and APIs, including UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Location, CloudKit, ARKit and GraphQL

  • Write high-quality, documented, and modular code following best practices

  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues and unexpected behavior

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends

  • Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge with your fellow developers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related 10 years of provable experience

  • 3+ years of experience developing native iOS applications with Swift

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

  • Proven experience with Xcode, Interface Builder, and Git version control

  • Experience with Core Data, Core Location, Core Graphics, and other relevant iOS frameworks is a plus

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Passion for mobile development and a strong desire to learn and grow
