About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Salesforce:
We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you've come to the right place.
Department Description:
The Salesforce Global Partnerships team establishes, grows, and executes transformational partnerships for Salesforce globally. Our partnerships drive revenue, increase customer success, deliver innovative product roadmap, elevate our brand, and differentiate our company. Our team creates new ways of operating as a business, solves critical and complex problems, and supports our most impactful corporate priorities. Our team values trust, grit, agility, and inclusivity.

We engage a portfolio of new and existing ISV partners — driving revenue and consumption through contract re-negotiation, driving adoption of new products that align to Salesforce's strategic initiatives and delivering partner success.
This role sits on a new, first-of-its-kind team focused on automation, transformation, and scaled engagment — building the systems, workflows, and reporting infrastructure that will transform partner account management to scale efficiently.
Role Description:
We are looking for a collaborative, analytical builder with a passion for problem-solving at scale to join our newly formed ISV Digital team within the ISV Partnerships organization. As an ISV Digital Launch Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for defining the future of our Digital Launch territory management—overseeing a large portfolio of (~50) ISV partners through a modern, hybrid model that blends programmatic 1:many campaigns with targeted 1:1 strategic interventions.

This role sits at the intersection of new partner enablement, lifecycle marketing, and systems automation. You will design, build, and execute the multi-touch programs, sales plays, content, and workflows that keep partners engaged and producing, while leaning on Salesforce reporting and agentic AI tools to automate routine touches and surface high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale & Partner Engagement: Design, build, and maintain processes to streamline ISV Partner Launch Onboarding—executing 1:many campaigns across a large partner territory to drive partners through key operational and GTM best practices. Partner 1:1 engagement will be reserved for strategic initiatives across tech adoption, high-potential assessment, and unblocking roadblocks as needed.
  • Portfolio Segmentation & Strategy: Segment & tier a large territory of partners by onboarding stage, potential, and partner type through salesforce reports, and other data tools for targeted campaign execution.
  • Data Analysis & Partner Potential Scoring: Build and monitor KPI dashboards to surface high-intent signals for partners with potential to drive commercial impact, adopt new technology, overall engagement, and surface those who should be driven to a new pathway.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, PAMs, Technical, Support, Legal, and Operations teams to align strategy and drive launch onboarding and end-to-end process improvements.
  • Performance Execution: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and partner success metrics established by the business.
  • AI & Onboarding Innovation: Evaluate, trial, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to transform the Partner Experience and scale partner onboarding across a large territory.
  • Foundational Strategy: Help to stand up core processes and documentation for a newly established team function, with the adaptability to refine and expand scope as the role evolves.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience in sales or partner account management, or partner success.
  • Experience managing high-volume of accounts, and implementing scaled approaches.
  • Experience building automation and workflows using agentic tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, and proficiency segmenting and analyzing data within Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excitement to work on a new team — loves solving problems and is energized by ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with willingness to develop basic process documentation and partner-facing collateral under guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a scaled team, ideally within SaaS, AI, data, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience creating enablement and/or email content for external audience.
  • Community management experience.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools.
  • Passion for partner growth and ecosystem success.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform (APIs, workflows, automation, agents), or a strong willingness to learn this quickly.
  • Experience with tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Tableau, Slack/Slackbot, Google Workspace, Workbench.
