  • Drive operational excellence initiatives, including infrastructure optimization, automation, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery planning
  • Manage technology vendors, program budgets, and contract negotiations, optimizing resource allocation across the portfolio
Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or systems engineering
  • 3+ years in a direct people management role, with a proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing, inclusive engineering teams
  • An empathetic leader style and a deep, demonstrated commitment to fostering psychological safety, trust, and a positive, service-oriented team culture
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling repeatable processes and automation for engineering teams
  • Strong, proven skills in incident management, root cause analysis, and running a blameless post-mortem culture
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify strategic needs and translate complex technical concepts into business impact
  • Broad technical understanding of core infrastructure concepts, including corporate networking (WiFi, switches, servers), and systems engineering (e.g., identity management/Okta, MDM/JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
  • Champion AI and automation initiatives across the enterprise, identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI for process optimization and implementing solutions and a commitment to continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence
