As part of the Sales team, you will have autonomy to engage with leading enterprise customers, prospects and partners. You will help foster long term, sustainable, and mutually rewarding relationships. As a Key Account Director, the Impact You Will Have:

  • Own your Media and Entertainment enterprise account relationships.

  • Drive net new revenue in your territory and overall customer success with value-based business cases

  • Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by developing relationships (executive sponsors, decision makers, influencers, and partners) while orchestrating your account team to achieve long-term customer success.

  • Introduce domain product and service experts while maintaining account oversight

  • Lead large scale competitive projects and close large scale deals

  • Build pipeline, forecast the business, lead the internal team, and communicate key updates

  • Exceed quarterly and annual goals for new software subscription, professional services and training

We’re excited about you when you have:

  • Minimum 10+ years of exceeding enterprise software sales targets across multiple BUs

  • Fast moving start-up and use case-driven experience

  • Multiple Sales Club / Circle of Excellence awards

  • Data management and data warehousing experience

  • Containers, Kubernetes, data infrastructure, public cloud infrastructure technology experience, Nvidia, and general AI capabilities

  • Four year degree (Bachelor's) from an accredited university required

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 

  • Experience selling to the media and entertainment industry

  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

The anticipated annual OTE range for this position is:

California or Washington: $300k- $350k

Individual compensation within the published range is determined by the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and primary work location. In addition to base pay, sales roles are eligible for Cloudera's commission plan, while non-sales roles are eligible for the corporate incentive plan.
