About Coframe

At Coframe, we are building a future where user and agent interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves. We are generating revenue, growing rapidly, and trusted by companies you definitely know.

Coframe is a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco, well-capitalized with backing from Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and others. Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (including our founder who previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created some of the most popular open-source code generation projects.

About the role:

You'll help define how Coframe delivers a new AI-powered growth product — working directly with customers on high-impact problems and shaping how the platform evolves. This is a chance to move beyond traditional SEO and help define how companies compete for visibility in an AI-agent-driven world, establishing the strategy and operating model for an emerging category.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of Agent Engine Optimization, AI search, SEO, PPC, content, and growth. You'll help build Coframe's AEO practice, working directly with customers on their paid and organic search strategy, using Coframe's platform to generate and launch landing pages at scale, and refining outputs manually where the technology falls short. This isn't a software engineering role, but it suits someone technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with emerging AI products — strategic enough to advise customers, technical enough to operate new tooling, and hands-on enough to fill gaps. You'll also help shape a new product offering, turning early customer needs into repeatable strategies and workflows.

You're a great fit if you have:
  • Strong experience in SEO, organic growth, search strategy, or a related field, including technical and programmatic SEO.

  • A strong point of view on how AI agents are changing search, discovery, and customer acquisition.

  • Experience creating or optimizing landing pages at scale.

  • A clear understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, content quality, and conversion.

  • Familiarity with Agent Engine Optimization, AI search, and emerging discovery behavior.

  • Experience working directly with customers, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Comfort using AI tools, prompt-based workflows, and new software products.

  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.

  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with fast, high-volume execution.

  • The ability to bring structure to an emerging product area where the playbook is still being written.

  • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where products and processes are still evolving.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in agency, consulting, professional services, or customer success.

  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, personalization, or paid search.

  • Experience with ecommerce, SaaS, or digitally native businesses.

  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, analytics tools, HTML, or CSS.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop strategies that improve how customers are discovered, understood, and surfaced by AI agents and emerging search platforms.

  • Partner with customers to understand their SEO goals, target audiences, search intent, and landing page strategy.

  • Advise customers on Agent Engine Optimization, AI search, technical SEO, and scalable landing page programs.

  • Drive Landing Page strategy for PPC campaigns

  • Use Coframe’s platform to generate, refine, and launch high volumes of landing pages.

  • Adapt AI-generated content for specific keywords, audiences, products, locations, and customer use cases.

  • Build repeatable workflows that support the delivery of 30 or more landing pages per week.

  • Apply strong editorial and SEO judgment to improve quality where automated output falls short.

  • Identify emerging patterns in AI discovery and translate them into customer recommendations, delivery practices, and product insights.

  • Identify recurring product gaps and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the broader team.

  • Help define the standards and best practices for a new category of AI-powered growth.

Benefits:
  • Flexible (Unlimited) Paid Time Off

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • 401k Plan with match

  • Daily in-office meals

  • Wellness benefit, including gym membership
