  • Serve as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, addressing customer questions and guiding solution decisions.
  • Support the development of proposals and Statements of Work with detailed scope definitions, assumptions, and implementation approaches.
  • Conduct technical workshops, architecture sessions, and solution deep dives with prospects and clients.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from presales to delivery by documenting requirements, solution designs, and project scope.
  • Participate in project kickoff sessions to align delivery teams on client expectations and solution architecture.
  • Provide ongoing advisory support to delivery teams and project leadership when needed.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience implementing or architecting CPQ, order management, or enterprise commerce solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ (Logik.ai) or ServiceNow Sales and Order Management strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting enterprise pre-sales cycles including demos, solution architecture, and proposal development.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive and technical stakeholders.
