About The Role 

We seek an accomplished and highly driven Lead IT Infrastructure & Corporate IT Portfolio/Program Manager to lead and oversee our entire IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT program management function, based in our Foster City office. This pivotal role will define, implement, and optimize our foundational IT systems and services, driving strategic initiatives that ensure operational excellence, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure programs, a deep understanding of IT operations, and exceptional collaboration skills to partner effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 
 
What You’ll Do 

 
Strategic Program Leadership: Lead and execute IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT strategy aligned with business goals, growth, and security needs 

 
End-to-End Program Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT programs—driving governance, budgets, timelines, and cross-domain execution from planning to post-launch optimization. 

 
Infrastructure Portfolio Management: Drive IT infrastructure modernization and optimization to ensure performance, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency. 

 
Lead the modernization and execution of critical IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT programs with hands-on expertise in: 

  • IT Help Desk & Service Management: Enhancing support operations, ticketing systems, and service delivery. 

  • Endpoint Management: Managing device lifecycle, security, and configurations across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. 

  • Network Infrastructure: Designing and optimizing LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. 

  • Systems Engineering: Administering physical/virtual servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms. 

  • Storage & Data Center Operations: Managing SAN, NAS, and object storage solutions to maximize data center performance. 

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Driving cloud strategy, deployment, migration, and optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP. 

  • Remote Connectivity & Facilities (RCF): Delivering secure remote access, VPN solutions, and IT support for corporate sites. 

 

Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and work closely with key teams to ensure alignment and execution: 

  • IT Functions: Collaborate with Application, Operations, and Network teams for integrated delivery. 

  • Engineering: Align infrastructure needs to support scalable product development. 

  • Information Security (InfoSec): Integrate security best practices and ensure compliance across infrastructure initiatives. 

  • Legal: Support regulatory compliance, data privacy, and IP protection within IT programs. 

 

Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships and communicate program updates, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and executive audiences. 

 

Process Optimization & Best Practices: Promote program management excellence, ITIL standards, and infrastructure lifecycle best practices. Drive automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. 

 

Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and deliverables across hardware, software, and services. 

 

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor technical leads and team members, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth. 

 
Experience You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 

  • 15+ years of progressive IT program/portfolio management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing complex infrastructure and corporate IT initiatives. 

  • Proven track record leading large-scale implementations and revitalizations across key infrastructure domains (Helpdesk, Endpoint, Network, Systems, Storage, Cloud, RCF, Database). 

  • Deep knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS), networking, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and virtualization. 

  • Strong communicator and collaborator, skilled at aligning diverse technical and business stakeholders. 

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments. 

  • Proficient with project and program management tools (e.g., JIRA).

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
