Qualifications:
• A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED • 2 - 3 years of mechanical (machined parts) & visual inspection experience. • A minimum of 6 months working in an ISO regulated manufacturing environment • Experience Machinist • Experience in the use of & programming Zeiss CMM. • Previous experience working in a medical device environment • Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering drawings • Effective writing and communication skills • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Access Database, etc. • Good computer skills • Effective interpersonal skills. • Good organizational and prioritization skills • Demonstrated ability to follow established policies and procedures. • Good administrative skills and knowledge of established rules of metrology including basic working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing – ASME Y 14.5 -1994 preferred. • Knowledge of BD products is highly desirable • Ability to handle multiple assignments. • Does not required close supervision – resourceful, punctual, dependable, etc.
