The Opportunity
As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead and manage client service accounts within our Advisory practice, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of managed services, confirming that client expectations are met through the implementation of our methodologies and technology resources. This role involves analyzing complex problems and developing high-quality deliverables that align with client needs.
As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising, developing, and coaching teams, driving client engagement workstreams, and fostering meaningful client relationships. You will leverage your business knowledge and leadership skills to inspire your team, navigate ambiguity, and uphold our quality standards. Your ability to embrace technology and innovation will be crucial in enhancing service delivery and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will focus on delivering excellence in service management, utilizing your skills in project management and stakeholder engagement to drive operational performance. Responsibilities
- Leading revenue cycle management initiatives to optimize operational performance and enhance service delivery
- Overseeing the design and implementation of automation frameworks to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement to align service offerings with client needs and expectations
- Developing and executing strategic plans for business process improvement and transformation
- Coordinating project delivery and planning to achieve timely and successful outcomes
- Implementing process optimization techniques to enhance workflow automation and reduce operational risks
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
- Utilizing analytical thinking to conduct process performance analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Confirming compliance with industry standards and regulations in revenue cycle management activities
- Executing physician revenue cycle operations across billing, collections, denial management, credit resolution, and cash posting
- Resolving denials, rejections, and claim edits hands-on through root-cause analysis and preventive fixes
- Managing physician revenue cycle blended onshore/offshore teams of 50-100+ associates within IDN/multi-specialty operations for $250M+ net revenue organizations
- Hitting cash collection, AR days, denial, and write-off targets through inventory health management and improvement initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Claims Processing
- Utilizing Automation Framework Design and Development for process optimization
- Excelling in Budgetary Management and Business Process Improvement
- Leading teams in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation initiatives
- Implementing strategic Operations Strategy and Operational Performance Management (OPM)
- Embracing change and innovation in Managed Services environments
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
