Find your calling at Mercy!Serves as the primary liaison between Healthcare Technology Management, service providers and the customer in order to capture agreed-upon business objectives and processed, communicating these processed and their implications to technical and non-technical contributors to ensure the equipment accurately meets the caregivers needs.
All positions in this job family participate, to some degree, in the following activities:
- Facilitate process to gather/establish high level business requirements for clinical devices.
-Lead quarterly business reviews for the applicable service providers.
-Direct day-to-day service escalations from all third-party service providers
-Lead the HTM team on all acquisitions for Mercy- to include coordinating internal Mercy stakeholders for necessary changes.
-Responsible for reviewing monthly billing reports per contractual obligations for applicable service providers as well as responsible for disputing charges.
- Lead and facilitate business partners and service providers conversations regarding priorities, hardware/software selection, vendor selection
- Assist with development of annual and 5 year capital equipment budgets with community leaders
- Identify and document business strategies, objectives and drivers for community leaders pertaining to medical equipment
- Lead cost savings initiatives to obtain opportunities for savings on service contracts and equipment purchases in coordination with Supply Chain and the VMO.
- Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas of Mercy to provide the customer a seamless interaction
- Works closely with functional resource managers to ensure adequate support of hardware design, equipment (hardware/software) requisition, logistics and installation for moves, new construction and acquisition pertaining to medical equipment
-Ensure and coordinate appropriate stakeholders to have informed and consistent service strategy on equipment, facilitate addendums to applicable contracts or execution of new contracts.
-Review monthly/quarterly environment of care reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, resolve any outliers or issues observed.Position Details:Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience AND 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Experience: Experience overseeing project teams and/or work processes
**Preference for candidates with biomed and information technology experience**
