How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Community Account Managers to meet performance targets and drive growth
- Assign and balance property portfolios to ensure comprehensive coverage and equitable workloads across Non-Bulk and strategic Bulk properties
- Monitor team progress, pipeline activity and program implementation using CRM tools and dashboard reporting
- Oversee the consistent execution of Spectrum's marketing initiatives, including welcome packets, onsite collateral, digital placements and email campaigns
- Manage key property relationships, serve as the first escalation point for client issues and deliver territory insights to leadership
- Train Community Account Managers on Spectrum product offerings, promotions and tools to keep clients informed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, renew agreements and recommend process or staffing improvements

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience
- 6+ years driving growth through relationship building and client service in cable television, residential property management or real estate development
- 3+ years executing marketing programs with owners and operators of MDU properties
- 1+ years leading, supervising or mentoring a team
Skills
- Ability to lead, coach and develop account managers to meet performance targets
- Skill in translating marketing strategy into field-level execution
- Knowledge of field marketing execution, competitive landscape and MDU property management practices
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and CRM reporting to manage team activity
- Effective relationship builder with property owners, on-site staff and internal stakeholders
- Working knowledge of broadband and fiber network, video, voice and mobile technologies
- Prioritization skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
