This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! The Manager of Compensation and Performance Technology works in partnership with the Total Rewards and Talent teams to implement, support, and maintain Hilton's Oracle HCM compensation, performance, and objective management capabilities. These solutions help enable fair and compliant compensation programs while supporting performance processes that align Team Member objectives, feedback, and outcomes with business priorities.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation, including plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet configuration, and cycle administration to ensure accurate compensation events.
- Support Oracle HCM Performance Management and Objective Management, including performance templates, eligibility, objective plans, review periods, participant roles, and process configuration.
- Manage change requests for Compensation, Performance Management, and Objective Management through the governance process to test, deploy, and document changes to Oracle HCM platform.
- Review Oracle HCM quarterly release notes and perform impact assessments and testing for Compensation, Performance Management, and Objective Management to identify effects on existing configuration and business processes.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for compensation, performance, and objective management technology issues, including Oracle HCM configuration questions, process defects, and data discrepancies, and manage service requests with Oracle Support to ensure resolution.
- Customize and deploy custom compensation statements within Oracle HCM to include data from Oracle HCM and Hilton-specific imagery and formatting.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Develop reports and dashboards through Oracle OTBI to provide data-driven compensation, performance, and objective management insights.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for compensation, performance, and objective management configurations and operational procedures to support knowledge continuity and audit readiness.
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation.
- Two (2) years of experience building reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle HCM plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet configuration, budget configuration, and cycle administration.
- Experience with Oracle Fast Formula for eligibility profiles, compensation plan configuration, validation logic, or compensation calculations.
- Experience with Oracle HCM data model and cross-module dependencies, between Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Performance Management and Objective Management.
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5) or more years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Workforce Compensation, Performance Management, and Objective Management.
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for mass data uploads and corrections, including building and troubleshooting data loads for compensation, performance, objectives, and HR objects.
- Understanding of how global compensation considerations — including multi-currency pay structures, country-specific salary ranges, regional allowances, and local regulatory requirements — impact the configuration and administration of compensation plans within Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $90,000 – $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
