Manager, Global HR Process Transformation Delivery
Overview
The HR Process Transformation Delivery role leads the mobilisation, governance, and delivery of global HR Process transformation initiatives, ensuring that process transformation are effectively implemented and adopted across the organisation. Working in close partnership with HR Journey & Process Architects, Experience Owners, HR Technology, and Service Delivery, this role is accountable for translating future-state process designs into executable delivery plans, driving structured programme management, and ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and realisation of intended outcomes. The role combines strong transformation programme management, change management, and stakeholder leadership to deliver complex, cross-functional HR transformation initiatives at scale.
Role:
In this role you will:• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives across employee lifecycle.• Translate process designs and future-state models into structured implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables• Manage dependencies across HR, HR Technology, Service Delivery, and regional teams• Establish and manage programme governance (cadence, reporting, risk/issue management, RAID logs, steering forums) and track delivery progress against milestones, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and outcomes, proactively managing risks and interdependencies• Develop executive-ready reporting and updates for HR leadership and transformation governance forums• Lead structured change management to support successful transformation and deployment including developing and managing change, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans• Partner with Experience Owners and Service Delivery to structure measurement frameworks, embed new ways of working, drive adoption at scale, and track and monitor benefits realisation.
All about you:• Proven experience leading large-scale HR or shared services transformation programmes, ideally in a global organisation• Strong programme and project management expertise (e.g. PMO, Agile, hybrid delivery models)• Experience delivering HR transformation involving platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar• Strong change management capability• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment• Strong reporting, governance, and executive communication skills• Highly organised, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment
